Women's Cross Country at St. Joseph College Invitational

Result: Third place out of seven teams.

Women's Soccer: Bridgeport 2 N.Y.I.T. 0 Final

Goal Scorers: Katie Stanley: Scored goals 4 and 5 on the season both off free kicks from 23 and 25 feet respectively. Both goals were unassisted.

Looking Ahead: With the win, the Purple Knights are now 9-0-0 on the season and remain number one in the nation. They will travel to Manchester, N.H. and take on St. Anslem College from the Northeast-10 Conference. The Hawks have struggled this season scoring only five goals in 10 games while compiling a 1-6-1 record. The match will get under way at 3:30 p.m. at Melucci Field.

Looking Ahead: Now winners of their last two games, Bridgeport now stands at 5-4-0 on the season. On Wednesday night, they will host Bentley University from the Northeast-10 Conference. The Falcons come into the game with a 6-2-1 record after defeating the University of New Haven 2-1 in double overtime on Sunday. Gametime is set for 5 p.m. at Knights Field.
